How do you create pitch bends in Anvil Studio alone.

Afraid it's not possible with plain Anvil Studio. But you can purchase this: http://anvilstudio.com/tools1.htm and that should allow you to control pitch bend.

If you insist on using Anvil Studio do what's above.

But I recommend that you don't use Anvil Studio, it's not good.
Always go for good old FL Studio for these things.
