When I sign in it tells me I've already reset for the day and can't reset until tomorrow. The system worked fine up until 3 days ago and this started happening, but I was able to keep trying and get it to set but now I can't even get started. What's going on?

The system may tell you that you have already reset for today (if your browser make more than 1 request for a webpage) but your credits must have been re-filled to 300.
