Hi,
Since I'm on summer break and have freedom to do those little projects-I-never-get-around-to, I've been working on building up my music library again. I had lots of really great music on my computer at one time a few years ago, and then a thunderstorm murdered the hard drive. I abuse the shit out of my CDs, so everything is scratched and unplayable. I've been subsisting in the car on mix CDs that I throw together when I realize how tired I am of listening to my other mix CDs.
So I was thinking I want to get back some albums rather than mixes. I used to have a lot of them. Talking to my husband the other night, I started thinking about the best albums I used to have-- the ones where you never hit "skip track." Where 90% of the songs are absolutely fantastic. So many albums are hit or miss, with a few really great songs, a few good songs, and then a handful that aren't appealing.
