Which albums do you think are the worst ever made, especially in terms of the songwriting quality?

I'll pick "Philosophy Of The World" by The Shaggs . Why they even made it (oh wait, their father produced it) and why anyone bought it is beyond me. It's quite interesting to listen to in places, but not good music.
