Will Downing in my opinion. he hasn't come out with anything new in so long, but when i went to his myspace page the other day, i saw that he put up some new songs from a new album called after tonight. it doesnt come out till end of october, but ive been listening to it on myspace...here's the link to do the same: http://www.myspace.com/wdowning

not bad. I like more soul / neo-soul myself. Really into Femi right now. Found her on myspace and have been a fan ever since.
