Would it be possible for hamieNET to make a downloadable version of the midi-to-mp3 converter? Im sure many other users would agree that this would be awesome |

Yeah, I was thinking the same...
But that would make things happening:
- Less users going on the website
- Distributing their soundfont (I wish I could know what they use )
But there's some solutions...
Make the software light: Just like the actual design: It's so simple it's perfect ^^
You could add some fixed ads, and make the software checking on internet for new ads, so that could be a solution for this
I have to say, it would be great... The best free converters are always the online ones :') _________________ About knowledge: But how much is too much ? Not a copy, they can access your file like you, but I think there's a database... But I don't think their goal is to steal people's compositions _________________ About knowledge: But how much is too much ? It's up to you to set your own knowledge limit. i agree.
i dont quite feel safe with some random people having access to my compositions but i don't think the admins plan on stealing songs and making profit out of it
PS the converter is so great
what do i hav to do to convince you to let me download it? |

We are around, just we are too busy to read every post in the forums.
In respond to the question about the MIDI converted online - NO, we do not "steal" or keep your MIDI. We do not enter it in our database either unless you choose to submit them to us. We do not share whatever you do not want to be shared. The server is cleaned out everyday at 12am, all the submitted MIDI, converted MP3 and WAV are deleted at that time.
About the downloadable converter: It is not useable on your computer. If HamieNET ever publish a converter, it will be created from scratch. It is not impossible for me to create one, but the time consumed creating one is too much for me at the moment. |

Yep, but for now, just keep the service going! _________________ About knowledge: But how much is too much ? It's up to you to set your own knowledge limit. You can't know everything. The knowledge limit is not how much you want to know nor how much you can know, but how much you need to know... |
